IBL Energy, a leading provider of energy management, advisory, and export solutions in Mauritius and Africa, is expanding its electric mobility segment. We are looking for a proactive Sales (Support) Representative to join our team

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first voice our clients hear—by phone, WhatsApp,Website or social platforms
  • Engage with both loyal subscribers and new inquiries
  • Coordinate closely with the Technical Sales Manager to advance leads and prospects
  • Draft tailored proposals and track KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support social media management.
  • Retain customers and build customer loyalty.

Job Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Admin
  • 2+ years in a client-facing or sales support role
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken & written)
  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Being a Self-starter and self-motivated is critical.
  • Hands-on with Excel, Power BI, or AI tools
  • Service-driven background
