Developing and Executing Digital Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance blink. This includes setting goals, target audience identification, and choosing the right digital channels to use.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Management: Self-develop content and manage digital content, such as blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and other materials that help market the blink app effectively
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize the blink app's website and content for search engines to improve its visibility and user acquisition
  • Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow the app's presence on social media platforms and shareable content to drive user engagement and increase the app's visibility
  • Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns: Display ads, and social media advertising, to reach a wider audience and drive app downloads
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to retain and engage existing users, as well as to acquire new users. Segment email lists for personalized campaigns
  • Analytics and Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using various App analytics & other tools like Google Analytics, Social Media analytics
  • Visual Design: Create visually stunning and cohesive designs that reflect the app's brand identity while adhering to established design guidelines. Pay attention to details such as color schemes, typography, and iconography to create a polished and consistent user interface
  • App Store Optimization (ASO): Optimize the app's presence on app stores like the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This involves optimizing keywords, app descriptions, and visuals to improve discoverability and downloads
  • User Engagement and Retention: Develop strategies to keep users engaged with the app and encourage them to make frequent transactions
  • CLM: Collect and respond to user feedback, reviews, and inquiries. Use this information for campaigns to enhance user base & usage
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to the most productive channels and campaigns
  • Mark to Market & Competitor Analysis: Keep an eye on the digital marketing strategies of competitors to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market 

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum degree in Marketing / Business Management or related fields
  • At least 5 years of work experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
  • Good knowledge on industry-standard tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager/Business suite, LinkedIn campaigns manager, GDN, Google Analytics & DV360
  • Proven experience in Campaign management & customer life cycle management

Required Skills and Aptitudes:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software
  • Hands on App attribution tools such Adjust and Firebase and campaign management tools like Webengage, Clever tap etc.
  • Good understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture and interaction design
  • Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing interfaces
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and provide constructive feedback
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Good knowledge of the payment app industry, including current trends, competitors and best practices will be an advantage
  • Excellent research and report writing skills
