Requirement: 1-2 years of experience in a hotel environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, French & German) Computer Literate Customer Service Skills

 

RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and throughout their stay,
  • Communication fluently in German and English,
  • Provide personalized service, respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally,
  • Assist with the customization of guest wellness itineraries and schedules,
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs,
  • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and general front desks tasks,
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles, including wellness preferences, allergies, and previous visit history.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Flurent in German and English (spoken and written),
  • Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • A warm, professional, and proactive attitude,
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure,
  • Flexibility to work shifts.
