Requirement:

RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and throughout their stay,
- Communication fluently in German and English,
- Provide personalized service, respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally,
- Assist with the customization of guest wellness itineraries and schedules,
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs,
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and general front desks tasks,
- Maintain accurate guest profiles, including wellness preferences, allergies, and previous visit history.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Flurent in German and English (spoken and written),
- Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- A warm, professional, and proactive attitude,
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure,
- Flexibility to work shifts.
