Role and Responsibility :

Handle Tenant Coordination and the administrative duties on all ongoing development projects by:

-            Understanding the project objectives and adapt decisions to ensure project delivery in a timely manner

-            Liaising with architects/engineers/Interior Designers and individual tenants

-            Preparing contracts with consultants

-            Monitoring progress achieved, cost tracking, quality control and blocking factors in different projects and report on same to the Development Manager

-            Filing of all relevant documents following the internal filing structure in a timely manner

-            Ensuring communication and alignment with different service providers on project scope and deliverables

-            Proposing innovative solutions to improve cost or time implications of projects.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate needs to have:

-            Experience in the construction and building industry (5 years)

-            An understanding and appreciation for construction and coordination

-            Good communication skills

-            Discipline and good organisational skills

-            Proactive and dynamic

-            Knowledge of Fidic

-            Know-how with MS Office Tools, CAD and web-based file sharing platforms
