Role Purpose
We are seeking experienced Dayforce Data Integration and Management Consultants with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in HRIS integrations and data management, including hands-on experience with Dayforce or a comparable enterprise HCM platform. Candidates must be available to work in the Eastern Time Zone (EST).
The ideal candidate is bilingual (French and English) and brings strong technical and functional expertise in data integration, APIs, and data governance to support client implementations, migrations, and system optimizations.
Key Responsibilities
DAYFORCE INTEGRATION AND CONFIGURATION
- Design and implement integration solutions between Dayforce and other systems (ERP, HCM, payroll, benefits)
- Configure and optimize Dayforce APIs and data import/export tools
- Develop and maintain middleware solutions to ensure secure and seamless data flows
- Document integration architectures and produce technical specifications
DATA MANAGEMENT AND GOVERNANCE
- Ensure the quality, integrity, and security of HR, payroll, and finance data
- Conduct data audits and recommend improvements
- Create and maintain data transformation scripts (SQL, ETL)
- Analyze existing practices and/or implement compliance and data privacy frameworks
CLIENT SUPPORT AND ISSUE RESOLUTION
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to integrations and data
- Train client teams on data management best practices
- Provide technical support during deployment and post-implementation phases
- Collaborate with client HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure solution alignment
PROJECTS AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Participate in the planning and execution of Dayforce implementation projects
- Propose innovations and improvements to existing processes
- Stay up to date on new Dayforce features and market trends
- Contribute to the development of internal best practices and capabilities
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HCM integrations and data management, including at least 2 years with Dayforce or a large-scale HCM platform
- Experience with Dayforce Integration Studio
- Hands-on experience with Dayforce APIs, import/export tools, and middleware solutions
- Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and benefits data structures
- Proficiency in SQL and ETL tools
- Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in both French and English
Assets
- Dayforce certification
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato)
- Knowledge of other HCM, ERP, or payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle)
- Experience in consulting or professional services
