Strategic Planning
Build brand strategies and annual plans rooted in consumer insights and market research.
Adapt global supplier marketing plans to local market realities and lead business reviews with KPIs and forecasts.
Executional Excellence
Drive trade marketing initiatives to secure supermarket visibility and shopper engagement.
Align campaigns with sales and distribution goals, ensuring flawless in-store activations and promotions.
Creativity
Partner with agencies to deliver impactful, integrated campaigns.
Oversee digital, shopper, and promotional activities that bring global brands to life locally.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
Work seamlessly with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Warehousing, and Trade Marketing.
Train merchandisers and sales teams, delivering marketing presentations that inspire and educate.
5+ years’ FMCG brand management experience.
Strong analytical skills in forecasting, KPIs, and consumer insights.
Proven success working with global suppliers and adapting international strategies locally.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Branding/Business/Communication. MBA will be a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
