Our client, a well-known player in the financial sector, is recruiting a Compliance Analyst
Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation and review of Compliance policies, procedures, systems and processes.
- Assist in in executing compliance projects to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Stay updated on legislative and regulatory developments and help maintain compliance frameworks accordingly.
- Assist in the conduct of compliance reviews to assess adherence to laws, regulations and internal policies and contribute to reporting.
- Respond to compliance-related queries to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
- Support the development and delivery of compliance trainings and awareness programs.
- Assist in addressing data protection-related queries to ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with Compliance Specialists and Senior Compliance Specialists on daily tasks.
- Perform any other cognate duties aligned to business and compliance requirements.
Candidate’s Profile
- University degree and/or professional qualification in Finance or Law or Management or any other related field
- Ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals. Relevant internships will be an advantage.
- Have an excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken
- Have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have good time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Be an excellent team player.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Use discretion regarding confidential material and adhere to the code of ethics.
