To be responsible for and manage a portfolio of customer accounts
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain good knowledge of SIL products and services, competitive products and technologies and industry trends;
- Develop and manage all sales activities into a named list of accounts in Mauritius and abroad;
- Manage portfolio of accounts, prospect for new opportunities, prepare sales proposals, coordinate all requirements analysis and demos, manage the sales pipeline, forecasting all business by quarter, closing sales opportunities;
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities in specified territory/sectors. Work with and leverage sales and technical team across all departments, where necessary, to develop strategy to close opportunities, assure customer satisfaction and achieve sales quotas;
- Proactively engage SIL's and client Executives;
- Achieve revenue targets for all measured lines of business;
- Utilise relevant and valuable sales tools and information sources;
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive intelligence on clients and partners;
- Keep management informed of Oracle and client activities;
- Contract negotiation with customers and partners.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor Degree, preferably in ICT with 8 years experience or
- Post Graduate Degree with 5 years experience;

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation skills, presentation and communication skills;
- Ability to learn/improve;
- Flexible attitude;
- Good command of English language – written and oral;
