To be responsible for and manage a portfolio of customer accounts

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Maintain good knowledge of SIL products and services, competitive products and technologies and industry trends;
  2. Develop and manage all sales activities into a named list of accounts in Mauritius and abroad;
  3. Manage portfolio of accounts, prospect for new opportunities, prepare sales proposals, coordinate all requirements analysis and demos, manage the sales pipeline, forecasting all business by quarter, closing sales opportunities;
  4. Identify and qualify sales opportunities in specified territory/sectors. Work with and leverage sales and technical team across all departments, where necessary, to develop strategy to close opportunities, assure customer satisfaction and achieve sales quotas;
  5. Proactively engage SIL's and client Executives;
  6. Achieve revenue targets for all measured lines of business;
  7. Utilise relevant and valuable sales tools and information sources;
  8. Maintain accurate and comprehensive intelligence on clients and partners;
  9. Keep management informed of Oracle and client activities;
  10. Contract negotiation with customers and partners.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  1. Bachelor Degree, preferably in ICT with 8 years experience or
  2. Post Graduate Degree with 5 years experience;

COMPETENCIES

  1. Ability to write process documentations;
  2. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation skills, presentation and communication skills;
  3. Ability to learn/improve;
  4. Flexible attitude;
  5. Good command of English language – written and oral;
  6. Responsible and Ability to work in a team.
