C-Care is currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to be based at the Corporate Office, in Moka, Mauritius.
Reporting to the HR Manager – Corporate Office, the selected candidate will provide vital support in day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a positive mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills.
What are we looking for?
A Diploma Holder or bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in an administrative role
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills – empathetic, positive, and discreet
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with HR systems such as Sicorax, Alfred, Freshteam, LMS or T&A systems is an advantage
