Our client is looking for a Personal Assistant cum HR Executive.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant cum HR Executive to support senior management while handling key HR administrative functions.
The ideal candidate will be capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently, maintaining confidentiality, and serving as a reliable point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Assistant Duties:
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
HR Executive Duties:
- Assist in recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll processing and attendance tracking.
- Coordinate training, performance appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field; Diploma level is accepted.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, HR Executive, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling sensitive information.
