Main responsibilities:
- Receives and verifies all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.
- Inspects deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report any issues promptly.
- Accurately record all received items in the hotel's inventory management system.
- Assists with periodic inventory counts.
- Follows all hotel safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ensures all deliveries are processed in a timely manner.
- Verifies the quality of received goods.
Qualifications and profile:
- School Certificate or equivalent
- Proven experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or inventory management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping;
- Good Communication and organizational ability;
- Should possess a pleasant and outgoing personality;
- Able and willing to perform odd hours of work including Sundays, public holidays and cyclonic days;
