Manages daily operation of the outlet to ensure delivery of high service standards

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the business performance of the outlet
  • Attends to guest complaints/requests and duly follow-up on same
  • Conducts inventory of the outlet & ensures close follow up on maintenance issues
  • Be fully compliant in regard to quality, hygiene and health safety regulations and requirements
  • Responsible for staff development through training and coaching
  • Assists in the preparation of the annual F&B budget in line with the hotel’s strategy, prepares forecasts and reaches desired revenues for his outlet

Profile

  • At least 3 years experience in a similar managerial position in the Food and Beverage Department
  • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management with specialization in Food and Beverage or any equivalent qualification(s)
  • Customer Oriented with excellent communication skills (both French and English)
  • Extrovert and outgoing personality
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving and analytical skills, with an eye for detail
  • IT literate and ability to work under pressure
  • Autonomous with the ability to manage team performance
