Manages daily operation of the outlet to ensure delivery of high service standards
Core Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the business performance of the outlet
- Attends to guest complaints/requests and duly follow-up on same
- Conducts inventory of the outlet & ensures close follow up on maintenance issues
- Be fully compliant in regard to quality, hygiene and health safety regulations and requirements
- Responsible for staff development through training and coaching
- Assists in the preparation of the annual F&B budget in line with the hotel’s strategy, prepares forecasts and reaches desired revenues for his outlet
Profile
- At least 3 years experience in a similar managerial position in the Food and Beverage Department
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management with specialization in Food and Beverage or any equivalent qualification(s)
- Customer Oriented with excellent communication skills (both French and English)
- Extrovert and outgoing personality
- Excellent organizational, problem solving and analytical skills, with an eye for detail
- IT literate and ability to work under pressure
- Autonomous with the ability to manage team performance
