CANTEEN ATTENDANT (BEACHCOMBER CATERING)

Beachcomber Catering is looking for a motivated Canteen Attendant to join their team

Main responsibilities:

 •To assist in preparing and cooking of meals according to menu.

•To operate kitchen equipment including titling pans or kettles safely and efficiently,

•To serve meals to staffs in a friendly, timely and professional manner,

•Restock food and service areas as needed throughout the service hours,

•Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining area and equipment to meet food safety standards,

•Wash dishes, utensils and clean surfaces according to cleaning schedules,

•Work collaboratively with kitchen and service team members,

•Assist with deliveries, stock rotation, and storage of supplies.

Profile

 •Experience in a similar catering or food service role is preferred,

•Basic food hygiene knowledge,

•Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment,

•Good communication and customer service skills,

•Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or lunch shift
