We are currently looking for a dynamic and IT-savvy Assistant Maintenance Manager to support the Maintenance Department in ensuring the efficient operation of all technical installations and facilities
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Maintenance Manager in planning, organising and supervising daily maintenance activities.
- Ensure the effective use of maintenance management systems (CMMS) and digital tools for work orders, preventive maintenance and reporting.
- Monitor and analyse maintenance data to improve operational efficiency.
- Support the implementation of modern technologies, automation and smart maintenance solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely response to maintenance requests.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimisation.
Qualifications & Profile :
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management or related field.
- Strong IT and systems orientation with the ability to work with digital maintenance platforms.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Previous experience in maintenance operations, preferably within the hospitality sector, would be an advantage.
