Assistant Maintenance Manager (Tech Savvy Profile) - Paradis Beachcomber

We are currently looking for a dynamic and IT-savvy Assistant Maintenance Manager to support the Maintenance Department in ensuring the efficient operation of all technical installations and facilities

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist the Maintenance Manager in planning, organising and supervising daily maintenance activities.
• Ensure the effective use of maintenance management systems (CMMS) and digital tools for work orders, preventive maintenance and reporting.
• Monitor and analyse maintenance data to improve operational efficiency.
• Support the implementation of modern technologies, automation and smart maintenance solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely response to maintenance requests.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimisation.

 Qualifications & Profile :

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management or related field.
• Strong IT and systems orientation with the ability to work with digital maintenance platforms.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Previous experience in maintenance operations, preferably within the hospitality sector, would be an advantage.
