Right now, we’re on the hunt for a Project Manager (Digital Web Specialization) to join our dynamic crew. You will be the ultimate bridge between our clients and our talented tech and creative teams.

Your Mission:

• Lead the Way: Take ownership of web development and digital projects from the initial kick-off to the final launch.
• Connect the Dots: Coordinate seamlessly between our developers, designers, SEO experts, and copywriters to ensure everyone is aligned and moving at the right pace.
• Client Whisperer: Act as the main point of contact for our clients, keeping them updated, happy, and confident in our delivery.
• Quality Control: Ensure every website, e-commerce platform, or web app we deliver is user-friendly, optimized, and meets our high agency standards.
• Time & Budget Ninja: Keep projects strictly on schedule and within budget without compromising on quality.

Who You Are:

• You have proven experience managing digital/web projects (agency experience is a massive plus!).
• You speak the language of the web: you understand CMS platforms, UX/UI principles, basic SEO, and web development lifecycles.
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and know your way around project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• You are an excellent communicator. Since we serve a diverse clientele, fluency in English, French, and Mauritian Creole is essential.
• You keep a cool head under pressure and love solving problems.
