We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Operations Assistant to support the People Operations team in delivering efficient HR operations and excellent employee experience.
Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, contract preparation, amendments, exits)
Maintain and update employee records and HR systems accurately
Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and payroll inputs
Prepare HR documents including letters, confirmations, and internal communications
Support recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, documentation)
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal events
Handle general HR queries from team members in a professional and timely manner
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Support HR audits and ensure proper filing and documentation of personnel records
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (hospitality experience is an advantage)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and confidentiality
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information
