Sinews Global Ltd is recruiting an Assistant Corporate Administrator.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Client onboarding
  2. Client due diligence
  3. Risk profiling
  4. Incorporation of Companies and statutory follow-up
  5. Dealing with ROC and FSC
  6. Dealing with Banks and other financial institutions
  7. Performing of corporate secretarial activities:
  8. To attend Board meeting and drafting minutes, draft resolutions, follow-up on statutory filings and transactions reviews
  9. To attend administrative and Legal tasks

 

Qualifications:

Degree in the field of Management/ Finance/ Legal or equivalent.

Experience of at least 1 year

Good communication skill in English and French both oral and written.

IT tools literate (Word, Excel, online tools)

Responsible, proactive, dynamic and with a good team spirit.
