Sinews Global Ltd is recruiting an Assistant Corporate Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Client onboarding
- Client due diligence
- Risk profiling
- Incorporation of Companies and statutory follow-up
- Dealing with ROC and FSC
- Dealing with Banks and other financial institutions
- Performing of corporate secretarial activities:
- To attend Board meeting and drafting minutes, draft resolutions, follow-up on statutory filings and transactions reviews
- To attend administrative and Legal tasks
Qualifications:
Degree in the field of Management/ Finance/ Legal or equivalent.
Experience of at least 1 year
Good communication skill in English and French both oral and written.
IT tools literate (Word, Excel, online tools)
Responsible, proactive, dynamic and with a good team spirit.
