Responsible for planning, organising, and executing wedding and special events from start to finish. This role ensures that every detail – from client consultations and vendor management to on-site coordination – is handled professionally and efficiently.
- Meet with clients to understand their vision, theme, budget and requirements
- Propose event/wedding packages, menus, decoration themes and entertainment options
- Prepare detailed quotations and contracts
- Schedule and coordinate site visits, menu tastings and décor mock-ups
- Develop event timelines, checklists and floor plans
- Ensure proper coordination with other departments (Kitchen, F&B, Housekeeping, Security)
- Supervise event set-up(staging, décor, lighting, seating)
- Prepare final billing and ensure all payments are settled
- Build strong relationship with clients and suppliers to encourage repeat business
- Excellent organisational skills, creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering memorable and seamless experience for clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Be client focused and business-minded
- Good negotiation skills
