Responsible for planning, organising, and executing wedding and special events from start to finish. This role ensures that every detail – from client consultations and vendor management to on-site coordination – is handled professionally and efficiently.

 

    • Meet with clients to understand their vision, theme, budget and requirements
    • Propose event/wedding packages, menus, decoration themes and entertainment options
    • Prepare detailed quotations and contracts
    • Schedule and coordinate site visits, menu tastings and décor mock-ups
    • Develop event timelines, checklists and floor plans
    • Ensure proper coordination with other departments (Kitchen, F&B, Housekeeping, Security)
    • Supervise event set-up(staging, décor, lighting, seating)
    • Prepare final billing and ensure all payments are settled
    • Build strong relationship with clients and suppliers to encourage repeat business
    • Excellent organisational skills, creativity and attention to detail
    • Ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering memorable and seamless experience for clients
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Be client focused and business-minded
    • Good negotiation skills
