Our client in the engineering sector is seeking to recruit a dynamic Administrative Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and administrative assistance to the Sales & Proposal teams. He/she is also responsible for coordinating, follow-up, tracking and reporting on sales jobs, clients' needs and work in progress.
- Follow up with clients for potential orders and rejection.
- Perform cost control.
- Conduct comprehensive audit of jobs, detect anomalies and report same to the HOD.
- Follow up with clients that HOCs and POs are received within set deadlines set.
- Follow with the Salespersons and clients to ensure that contract terms are respected - payments, delivery, Client Supply Forms, Customer Satisfaction Appraisal Forms.
- Assist the Proposals Department to get the reliable information like disbursement costs, bank charges, etc, to complete tenders in due time.
- Assist the Sales Team to schedule clients' visits and meet clients' stakeholders to help promote a smooth flow of the work.
- Investigate on the sales hit rate and see the reason of losing projects and liaise with clients for feedback.

- Diploma Management / technical / Sales & Marketing / Commerce.
