Role Overview
Our client is looking for a hands-on, organised and proactive professional to manage marketing and communication activities, support events and fundraising initiatives, and provide administrative support.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, taking initiative, and working in a small, dynamic organisation where flexibility is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communication
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies
- Create, schedule and publish content for social media platforms
- Manage and animate social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Draft newsletters, communication materials and website content
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
Events & Development
- Assist in the organisation of events, fundraising activities and charity sales
- Support event logistics before, during and after events
- Represent the organisation at events and partner initiatives when required
Administration & Secretariat
- Provide administrative support to senior management
- Manage calendars, appointments and basic planning
- Maintain organised records, documents and databases
- Assist with general operational tasks as needed
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2–3 professional experiences in marketing, communication, administration or a similar role
- Comfortable working in a multi-task, evolving role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Autonomous, proactive and adaptable
- Genuine interest in the non-profit / social impact sector
- Good working knowledge of digital tools (social media platforms, Google Workspace, Canva, etc.)
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
