Our client in the insurance sector is recruiting an Administrative Assistant for the Reinsurance Unit.
Main Responsibilities
- To prepare quotes for group life and additional benefits
- To process renewals of Group Life schemes
- To issue medical requests when required
- To prepare statement of benefits and invoice
- To prepare and send files for underwriting
- To prepare and dispatch master agreements for new schemes
- To process death and TPD claims
- Premium reconciliation for schemes
- To ensure that client database is maintained and updated
- To follow-up with internal and external partners
- To provide outstanding customer service to employers, partners, and customers
- To assist the Team Leader in operations as and when required
- To perform any other cognate duties aligned to business requirements
Profile of the ideal candidate
- Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent
- Be conversant with MS Office Tools
- Experience in customer service would be desirable
- Be proactive and dynamic
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both oral and written
- Be quality focused, flexible, and proactive
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team
- Be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Have time management skills to manage priorities and multiple tasks
