The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support and ensure smooth handling of client permit applications by maintaining accurate records, effective communication in English and French, and efficient coordination with clients, partners, and government offices.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist clients, making sure they feel supported through the permit process.
- Prepare, check and follow up on application documents.
- Communicate clearly with clients and partners in both English and French.
- Keep records and files up to date.
- Liaise with government offices and other stakeholders when needed.
- Handle day-to-day admin tasks like emails, calls, and scheduling.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Perform any cognate duties as may be reasonably assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum secondary education.
- 1 year experience in administration or customer service.
Knowledge & Technical Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with government procedures and application handling.
Behavioural Competencies
- Bilingual (English & French), organised, reliable, detail-oriented, team-player, strong customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
