Follow up on SLA and KPI.
Ensure compliance and control over the Accounts Payable Processes.
Team Management
Regular team meetings and review of key metrics.
Management of absences and leaves.
Performance Appraisal of team.
Governance and communication
Drive operation calls with teams and front office/clients.
Operational Management and control
Follow up on Backlogs and escalations.
Capacity planning.
Control over Accounts Payable processes.
Continious Improvement
Identify areas of improvement for process optimisation through automation/RPA.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any other relevant qualification.
• In depth experience in Accounts Payable process.
• Experience in BPO will be an advantage.
