We are passionate about transforming spaces through high-quality fit-out solutions. As we continue to expand our reach and grow our client base, we’re looking for a driven and knowledgeable Technical Sales Executive to join our team and help take our sales efforts to the next level.

 

Your Role

As a Technical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our fit-out services with technical accuracy and confidence. You will work closely with the project and design teams to understand client needs and propose effective, tailored solutions that align with our service capabilities.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and actively seek new business opportunities
  • Meet with potential clients to present and promote fit-out solutions
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into technical proposals
  • Develop marketing strategies and plan in order to drive sales and maximize revenues.
  • Provide accurate quotes, cost estimates, and technical documentation
  • Collaborate with design and site teams to ensure project feasibility and follow-through
  • Liaise with third parties/sub-contractors in order to provide additional support in terms of services to clients and ensure a win-win situation for both clients and the company
  • Ensure you are able to meet all architects/Project Manager/QS
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and pitches
  • Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and competitor offerings
  • Achieve sales targets and report on pipeline activity

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in construction, fit-out, or interior design services
  • Solid understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and project execution
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and any other related tools
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Diploma or degree in sales, marketing, construction, or a related technical field
  • Willingness and ability to work odd hours
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings

You will draw a basic salary of Rs. 34,000/per month inclusive of 50% of your monthly insurance, PAYE, Npf, Nfs and any extra hours of work.

 

1. Commission Structure

You will earn a commission of 1% on all net revenue generated from the sales you personally close. Net revenue is defined as the total invoiced amount received from the customer, excluding VAT, discounts, refunds, or cancellations.

 

2. Commission Payment Schedule

Commissions are paid twice per year to ensure accuracy, alignment with financial reporting, and to account for potential refunds or adjustments. Payments will be made as follows:

  • First Payout: Mid-April (for sales made and paid from November to March)
  • Second Payout: Mid-October (for sales made and paid from April to October 31)

This means that commissions will be calculated based on actual payments received by Schimen Ltd. during the 6-month period.
