We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Fund Administrator to oversee a portfolio of 10–20 Mauritius-based funds and manage the day-to-day operations of an Assistant Fund Administrator.

 

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Fund Administrator to oversee a portfolio of 10–20 Mauritius-based funds and manage the day-to-day operations of an Assistant Fund Administrator. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a client portfolio while contributing to team leadership and service excellence.

 

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 2–5 years’ experience in fund administration, preferably within the Mauritius fund industry.

  • University degree in a relevant field (finance, accounting, business, etc.).

  • Progress toward a professional qualification such as ICSA is a strong advantage.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organisational skills and a client-centric mindset.

  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 10–20 Mauritius-domiciled funds and related structures.

  • Supervise and support an Assistant Fund Administrator, ensuring accurate task execution and development.

  • Deliver timely, efficient client administrative services aligned with internal policies and compliance requirements.

  • Oversee investor onboarding and documentation reviews, ensuring AML/KYC compliance.

  • Maintain accurate client records and manage all aspects of investor services.

  • Handle billing, cash collection, and actively minimise write-offs.

  • Engage with clients professionally, including attending meetings and preparing materials.

  • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal procedural frameworks.

  • Promote and uphold risk, compliance, and governance standards across the portfolio.
