- Prepare banking
- Process Receipts in Accounting software
- Raise sales invoices
- Prepare Sales reconciliation
- Prepare Factoring documents
- Account for purchase invoices from suppliers
- Reconciliation of suppliers account
- Prepare monthly creditors payment plan
- Process payment to suppliers
- Process bank transfer instructions
- Process payment in accounting software
- Prepare Bank reconciliation
- Prepare Vat computation and filling
- Filling of PAYE, NPF
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register
- Reconciliation of inter-company current accounts
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Assist external auditors during audit process
- Prepare and follow monthly cash flow
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum HSC or ACCA in progress
- Minimum 1 Year in Accounts department
- Knowledge in Accounting Software (SAGE) will be an advantage
