The Depot Supervisor ensures smooth operations across all PhoenixBev depots by maintaining optimal stock levels, coordinating transfers of finished products and empties, and coaching team members in line with SOPs.

Store Management

• Oversees daily operations and ensures compliance with procedures
• Reports infrastructural issues promptly
• Monitors and improves turnaround times

Manpower Management

• Enforces discipline and monitors team performance
• Supervises staff and assigns tasks

Inventory

• Optimizes warehouse space and ensures accurate stock counts
• Maintains FIFO and proper handling of stock
• Reports discrepancies, damages, and theft
• Maintains minimum stock levels and coordinates transfers

Equipment Follow-Up

• Ensures maintenance of handling equipment to prevent downtime
• Reports equipment issues promptly for repair
