Riou Ocean Glass Ltd is a company specialising in the design of innovative, trendy and committed glass products for the local market and export markets. As part of the expansion of our activities and to take on new challenges, we are recruiting a diligent, motivated and dynamic Accounts Clerk.
Update client information and follow up on Know Your Customer (KYC) and due diligence application forms.
Ensure that customer information and records are accurate and kept up to date.
Prepare, issue and send corporate invoices to customers.
Verify billing data to ensure accuracy of quantities, unit prices and applicable discounts.
Liaise with the Logistics and Production departments to ensure timely dispatch of products.
Handle customer queries and requests in a calm and professional manner.
Perform any other duties related to the position of Accounts Clerk and provide administrative support to Management and other departments as required.
Minimum Higher School Certificate (HSC).
Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel) with working knowledge of an ERP system.
3-5 years’ experience in a similar environment; experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) will be an advantage.
Experience in invoicing, general accounting or accounts administration will be preferred.
Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Trustworthy, well-organised and detail-oriented.
Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
