Reneworld Ltd is currently looking for a Sales & Admin Coordinator (O&M Dept) to join our dynamic and purpose-driven team.
The O&M Sales & Admin Coordinator is responsible for promoting and managing maintenance service contracts for solar PV systems. The role focuses on selling Maintenance agreements, supporting contract renewals, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing administrative support to ensure accurate documentation and reporting. The position contributes to revenue growth, customer retention, and efficient contract management.
Education Requirements
• Diploma in sales/communication/business
• Equivalent qualification with relevant commercial experience
Experience and Skill Requirement
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, contract management, or service-based industries.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management abilities.
• Good organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to prepare quotations, proposals.
Key Responsibility
Sales & Contract Management
• Promote and sell Maintenance service contracts to new and existing clients.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and contract renewals.
• Identify and pursue upselling opportunities for additional maintenance services.
Client Relationship Management
• Act as the point of contact for clients regarding O&M service agreements.
• Respond to client inquiries related to contract terms, scope of services, and SLAs.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Administrative Support
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, client communications, and service agreements.
• Support invoicing processes and ensure proper documentation is completed and filed.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
• Track sales performance, contract renewals, and upselling metrics.
• Monitor commercial aspects of SLA compliance.
• Prepare regular management reports on revenue, client satisfaction, and contract performance.
Other Requirements
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with technical teams while maintaining a commercial focus
