Take care of children and Kid’s Club while creating a fun and safe environment.
To maintain, at all time, the safe environment for children and team members.
- To ensure that the kids club is opened on time and as per normal set-up.
- Set-up daily schedules for children and ensure that they are respected.
- Organizing independent children activities.
- Friendly and very communicative with children and parents (Guests)
- Creative in arranging games and promoting kids club
- Attending daily briefing at the Sports cabana.
- Participate in recreational activities.
- To keep work place clean & tidy.
- Doing the monthly inventory on the 1st day of the month and update stock equipment
- Maintain Brand Service Standard (BSS) and QA
- Keep a high focus on the security aspect of the kids club.
- To send the welcome gift (T shirt and kids club activity program) on the eve of guests arrival to Housekeeping department to place in the room.
- Flexible in hours of working/ shift.
- Deliver quality service (SALT).
- Participate in sports activities.
- Ensure that the daily equipment book, Tennis book, bicycles receipt and disclaimer form are properly filled.
- To distribute towels to guests and make sure that no dirty towels are left on the beach
- Canvassing for tennis lesson, diving, etc.
- Train the new comers.
- Organize and participate in the Torches Saga Ceremony.
- To set up bond fire and changing room.
- To set-up all entertainment activities in the morning.
- Should be ready 10 minutes before an activity start.
- Motivate guests to participate in activities (Sports & Entertainment).
- To act as sound & light technician when necessary.
- Ensure security around the pool.
