Customer Service Agent – Remote (Permanent Basis) 

We’re looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our remote customer service team.

This is a fully remote position, so a reliable high-speed internet connection is essential. All necessary equipment will be provided to ensure you can perform your duties effectively from home.

Working hours are from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, including weekends at a later stage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (mandatory).
  • Experience handling customer inquiries via email and chat.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support tools.
  • Experience in fast-paced, multi-channel environments is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly to frequent process changes and updates.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to respond quickly and effectively.
  • Professional, empathetic, and patient in all customer interactions.
  • Strong focus on meeting and exceeding KPIs, including quality, productivity, and response times.
  • Ability to handle a high workload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and open to feedback, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented, with strong collaboration skills.

Personal Attributes:

  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Resilient and able to perform effectively in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and accountable.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a dynamic or fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable handling customer interactions via  email, and chat.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Quick thinker with solid problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently from home.
  • Experience working with strict SLAs and performance targets is highly preferred.
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
  • This is a demanding campaign and requires candidates who are highly reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment.
