As our Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our commercial team—connecting our hotel’s unique offerings with the right audience. Your work will directly influence guest bookings, event sales, and brand visibility.

 

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in executing annual sales and marketing plans aligned with revenue targets.
  • Prepare and update sales proposals, contracts, and presentations for corporate, leisure, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) clients.
  • Coordinate site inspections, VIP guest visits, and familiarization trips for travel partners.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring all client interactions and leads are accurately recorded.
  • Assist in the creation and scheduling of digital marketing campaigns, including social media content, e-newsletters, and website updates.
  • Liaise with PR agencies, photographers, and media partners to ensure brand consistency in all communications.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing monthly reports on sales leads, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
  • Organize and support hotel participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with the F&B and Events teams to promote seasonal offers, special menus, and signature experiences.

Profile required:

  • A degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or marketing role within the 5 * luxury hospitality sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM and social media management tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French & English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for luxury service standards.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
