The Costing Officer is responsible for planning, studying and collecting data to determine the costs of business activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Costing of imported vehicles and spare parts.
- Processing in INCADEA (accounting of suppliers’ invoices, provision and freight forwarders).
- Assisting in end of month closure including stock recon of imported vehicle (Bond MRA vs INCADEA).
- Performing administrative work (import & clearing documentation, marine insurance, bank guarantee etc.).
- Liaise with both internal clients & external clients (suppliers/MRA/freight forwarders).

- IT Literate
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Organizational skills
- Attention to details
- Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Familiarity in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, project planning, management and implementation.
- Excellent written & oral skills
- Minimum HSC and/or other studies in Accounting
