Assistant  QS / Junior QS

Schimen Ltd is a growing company specializing in fit-out and interior works. We are committed to delivering high-quality projects and are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs
• Support in tender preparation and analysis
• Monitor project costs and track variations
• Prepare interim valuations and final accounts
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
• Assist in contract administration and documentation

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Basic knowledge of fit-out processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and willingness to learn
• Valid driving licence.
