Site Supervisor

You will oversee the execution of fit-out projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll manage on-site activities, coordinate teams and subcontractors, and serve as the key point of contact for project implementation on-site.

• Supervise daily site operations and ensure adherence to project timelines and safety standards
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor site performance, quality of workmanship, and compliance with technical drawings and specifications
• Lead and motivate site workers and subcontractors to meet project goals
• Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions to maintain project momentum
• Conduct site inspections and ensure all safety and health regulations are strictly followed.
• Facilitate meetings and briefings to keep all team members informed and on track
• Manage and document progress reports, checklists, and daily logs
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of site equipment and materials
• Represent Schimen Ltd professionally during client visits and site meetings

• Proven experience in a similar role (fit-out environment preferred)
• Good knowledge of site management and coordination
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Valid driving license
