Beverage Preparation
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to hotel standards
Mix cocktails accurately and consistently
Ensure proper glassware and presentation
Take beverage orders from guests and wait staff
Serve drinks promptly and professionally
Engage with guests in a friendly and courteous manner
Monitor bar inventory and stock levels
Refill and restock bar supplies
Report shortages to supervisor
Prepare and process bills
Handle cash and card payments accurately
Balance register at end of shift
Maintain cleanliness of bar area
Wash and polish glassware
Follow hygiene and safety regulations
Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
Adhere to hotel grooming and service standar
