Draughtsman

We are looking for two self-motivated individuals to join our team as a Draughtsman. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing high-quality technical drawings for MEP systems in building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed MEP construction drawings, schedules, layout plans, schematics, and diagrams from architects' and interior designers' sketches and specifications
• Develop 2D technical drawings using Autodesk AutoCAD software, ensuring compliance with relevant Seychelles building codes and industry standards
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and MEP engineers to refine designs, resolve technical issues, and ensure accurate interpretation of design intent
• Review and modify drawings to reflect changes in project scope, specifications, or regulatory requirements​
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all drawings, revisions, and project files​
• Ensure all work complies with company standards and applicable local regulations​
• Assist in the preparation of Bills of Materials (BOM) and support procurement processes where required​.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and advancements in CAD/BIM technology​.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education:

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field will be an advantage

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of proven professional experience in MEP or architectural draughting, with the ability to read and interpret architectural, interior design and MEP drawings​

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD (mandatory)​
• Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit (BIM) is a distinct advantage​
• Strong understanding of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and building construction principles
