Azure Outsourcing Services is currently recruiting for Surface lab Ltd – a dynamic and results-driven Indoor Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
- Attends to customer queries on behalf of the Sales team promptly either on the phone, face to face, email or Facebook
- Prepares and sends quotation promptly
- Supports the MD and the Sales team in extracting important information from tenders and communicating these to the team
- Follows up of clients’ orders and update the MD and Sales Team
- Prepares Order sheets and other administrative documents for the Sales Department
- Files documents
- Updates regularly the CRM with clients’ data information
- Is responsible of the general administrative duties of the Sales Department
Showroom Management
- Assists in greeting and answering clients’ queries
Reporting
- Follows up on Quotations sent by Sales Department
- Informs/Advises MD and Sales on: Complaints received/ Large orders/Tenders

Profile
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Proficient in MS Office knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is an advantage
- 1–3 years of experience in as indoor sales Representative or sales support role (preferred)
- Experience in preparing quotations and handling purchase orders is a strong advantage
- Proactive and reliable
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional and courteous when dealing with clients
