Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and courteously to guests.
Assist bartenders with bar setup, closing procedures, and daily operations.
Ensure bar counters, tables, and seating areas are clean and well maintained.
Restock beverages, glassware, and bar supplies as required.
Collect empty glasses and clear bar areas promptly.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety at all times.
Interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner.
Support upselling initiatives and promotional activities when required.
Report any shortages, breakages, or maintenance issues to supervisors.
Ensure responsible service of alcohol in compliance with regulations.
Follow hotel policies, grooming standards, and professional conduct guidelines.
Assist during peak hours, events, and special functions.
Coordinate with service staff and kitchen teams for smooth operations.
Comply with food safety and health regulations at all times.
Perform any other duties assigned by the F&B Manager or Bar Manager.
Previous experience in bar or food service is preferred.
Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is an advantage.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work well within a team environment.
Reliable, attentive to detail, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
