Production Planner – Industrial Operations
Plans and coordinates production activities, manages capacity, materials, and inventory, and works closely with sales and operations teams to ensure efficient workflows and on-time delivery
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, update, and monitor short-, medium-, and long-term production plans
- Coordinate production schedules in line with capacity, materials, and customer demand
- Track raw materials and finished goods inventory to ensure production continuity
- Support the sales team in planning and prioritizing customer orders
- Ensure production plans meet technical specifications, quality standards, and delivery deadlines
- Anticipate equipment, manpower, and capacity needs to avoid production constraints
- Contribute to continuous improvement of production planning and operational processes
Profile Required
Education & Experience
- Degree in Production engineering , or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Good communication skills in English and French
