- Keep his superior informed about all unusual matters concerning any plans affecting his/her area

- Gives relevant and up-to-date information to guests

- Ensure high level of quality services are delivered to guests at all times

- Interact with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement

- Handle and monitor of guests complaints and the relevant follow up action required

- Inform guests about the marine environment and its protection

- Focus on guests’ security and provide immediate assistance when in difficulty

- To assist superiors in carrying out the daily/monthly inventory of all items found in the department
|
- Ensure proper billing of sports activities
|

- Report any breakages, defects, loss of operating equipments and accessories to Superior
|
|
- Participate in Eco Standard/Sustainable Responsibility set by the hotel
|
- Attend daily briefings in his/her department
|
- Ensure effective and efficient organisation of respective activities
|
- Follow-up of all procedures as per SOP
|
- Respect health and safety procedures
|
- Prepares boathouse equipment and material
|
- Removes boats after closing of boathouse and arranges in their respective places
|
- Consult with immediate superior about organisational aspects of special events being planned
|
- Contact superiors/Duty Manager immediately in case of injuries or sickness during Boathouse activities
|
- Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units
|
- Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society
