                            The main purpose of the Team Leader is to oversee the strategic and day-to-day operations of the Customer Portfolio Team with a strong focus on collection management in a manner, which is both sales supportive, minimizes credit losses and maximizes return on accounts receivable investment.
                         
                        Rogers Capital Finance Ltd is looking for a Team Leader for its Recovery department.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Analyze the performance of client portfolios, identify issues and risky performance and escalate to the risk committee.
- Ensure the close monitoring of monthly customer balance, prepare and review collection statistics and performance.
- Follow closely the course of ageing accounts and determine an action plan for collection.
- Follow up on disputes in a timely manner and work with salesperson and clients to resolve.
- Facilitate bad debt recovery by monitoring potential write-offs and collecting on previous write-offs, and taking legal actions when necessary.
- Coordinate the relationship with attorneys and legal advisors.
- Ensure operations excellence in the delivery of services while regularly benchmarking with international standards and applying best practices.
- Be committed to Excellence and promote efficiency by setting personal example of corporate values.
- Handle complaints received in an effective and timely manner.
- Develop strategies to improve recovery performance and minimize ECL impact.
- Analyze data, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports on progress, collections, and projections to management.
- Monitor team performance and overseeing daily operations to meet performance goals
 
 Your profile:
 
- Diploma in Management or related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of applicable industry legislations- Experience in Credit , collections and/or Accounts Receivables
- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to think outside the box
- Outgoing personality, result oriented, orderly and excellent team player
- Demonstrate Team leadership Experience
