Admin & Indoor Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities
•Develop & retain client portfolio: monitor sales figures per Brand on a yearly and monthly basis and identify client’s needs.
•Monitor sales performance, debtors, and credit terms.
•Promote and sell all our products with monthly activations at specific events to enhance Grays established Brands and Game Changers.
•Ensure product displays, shop presentation, and pricing are always at standard.
•Provide outstanding customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
•Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and annual targets.
•Develop the business and promote all product branding.
Education/ Competencies
•Strong communication and negotiation skills.
•Passion for wines, spirits, and customer relations.
•Proactive, organized, and results-driven attitude.
•Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
•Previous sales experience in FMCG or hospitality is an advantage.
