DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and distribute internal communication documents and forms to all hotel departments;
• Prepare accurate written correspondence including letters, contracts, reports, and e-mails;
• Maintain department’s assets, templates and processes, as well as create new ones as needed;
• Manage projects related to sales initiatives such as holiday gifts, sales blitzes, and hotel partnerships;
• Handle incoming department phone calls and email inquiries;
• Complete all weekly/monthly reports on a timely basis;
• Provide Sales & Marketing team support as necessary including appointment scheduling and travel arrangements;
• Reply to comments, inquiries, questions, and interactions on social media and third party websites;
• Conduct market research;
• Complete other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• At least one year experience in a similar position;
• Previous hotel experience preferred;
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field;
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills;
• A pleasant and outgoing personality;
• Extreme attention to detail in all areas, organizational skills, and thinks strategically;
• Works well under pressure, multitasking, and team player;
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
• Professional working proficiency in English and French required (a third language would be an advantage)
• Proficiency in design software including Adobe would be an advantage.
