Learning and Development Trainee

We are looking for a dynamic trainee to join our People Development team based in Bel Ombre.

Overview of the role:

We are looking for a proactive Learning and Development Trainee for a period of 3-6 months to join our People Development team at Heritage Resorts, to support the planning, execution, and tracking of training programs, assist in onboarding new employees, develop training materials, and maintain accurate training records to enhance employee growth and engagement.

-This position is based at Bel Ombre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and updating the training calendar
• Assist in compiling the training hours
• Help design training materials (summaries, videos, presentations)
• Guide newcomers and existing team members during training
• Help with onboarding and orientation of new recruits
• Collect feedback from team members on training usefulness
• Keep records of all training sessions and attendance
• Monitor weekly/monthly/yearly training calendar

 Candidate's Profile:

• Higher Certificate School or Diploma or equivalent
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Computer literate
