Senior Corporate Administrator / Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of clients, handling queries promptly and accurately.
Act as the main point of contact, ensuring services are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Prepare and review minutes, resolutions, and corporate documentation.
Oversee bank account openings, payments, distributions, and investment account administration.
Ensure compliance with AML and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including bankers, investment advisors, and registered agents.
Coach and train junior staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
Support process improvements to reduce errors and enhance service quality.
Assist with new business enquiries, entity closures, and related documentation.
