We are looking for an Administrative Assistant
Main responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and take messages as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences, including sorting and distributing mails and couriers.
- Type, prepare, and compile correspondences, reports and documents
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Perform any other duties as may be requested by Management
Profile
- Holder of Higher School Certificate
- Age range 25-40 years old
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Should have at least 2 years working experience
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Preferably living in Plaines Wilhems
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday : 9h - 17h
- Full-time, office-based role.
