Key Responsabilities
Safety and Security
- Adhere to company safety policies to maintain a clean and secure environment.
- Handle emergency situations according to specific procedures (e.g., evacuations, medical emergencies).
- Report workplace accidents or injuries immediately to management.
- Stay vigilant about undesirable individuals on the premises.
- Identify and report unsafe conditions to management.
- Follow hazardous material handling procedures and utilize Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and correct lifting techniques.
- Complete required safety training and certifications.
Policies and Procedures
- Safeguard the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
- Maintain confidentiality of company materials and information.
- Follow company policies regarding tools and equipment.
- Ensure personal appearance complies with company standards.
Guest Relations
- Address guest needs professionally and promptly.
- Assist individuals with disabilities, offering support as needed.
- Listen actively to guest concerns and respond positively.
- Greet guests warmly and thank them sincerely.
Communication
- Prepare and review written documents for accuracy.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers.

Investigations

- Conduct investigations related to theft, fraud, and guest complaints.
