Key Responsabilities

Safety and Security

  • Adhere to company safety policies to maintain a clean and secure environment.
  • Handle emergency situations according to specific procedures (e.g., evacuations, medical emergencies).
  • Report workplace accidents or injuries immediately to management.
  • Stay vigilant about undesirable individuals on the premises.
  • Identify and report unsafe conditions to management.
  • Follow hazardous material handling procedures and utilize Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and correct lifting techniques.
  • Complete required safety training and certifications.

Policies and Procedures

  • Safeguard the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company materials and information.
  • Follow company policies regarding tools and equipment.
  • Ensure personal appearance complies with company standards.

Guest Relations

  • Address guest needs professionally and promptly.
  • Assist individuals with disabilities, offering support as needed.
  • Listen actively to guest concerns and respond positively.
  • Greet guests warmly and thank them sincerely.

Communication

  • Prepare and review written documents for accuracy.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers.
  • Use electronic devices for information exchange.

Teamwork

  • Handle sensitive issues with respect and confidentiality.
  • Support colleagues and foster a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.

Quality Assurance

  • Comply with quality assurance standards.

Physical Tasks

  • Read and verify information in various formats.
  • Inspect tools and equipment for defects.
  • Use computers and point-of-sale systems for work-related tasks.
  • Move quickly in response to work situations and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying objects up to 50 pounds.

Surveillance and Patrol

  • Patrol property areas by foot or vehicle to ensure security.
  • Monitor surveillance systems for unusual behavior.
  • Lock property entrances as required.
  • Conduct daily safety inspections.

Incident Response

  • Respond to accidents and emergencies, providing first aid as necessary.
  • Assist during various emergency situations (e.g., fire, flood).
  • Notify management or authorities about incidents.
  • Document incidents and complete necessary reports.

Investigations

  • Maintain confidentiality of security reports.
  • Conduct investigations related to theft, fraud, and guest complaints.
  • Interview involved parties to gather information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience:  Atleast 2 years  related work experience

  • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required
