Winners is looking for a dynamic candidate to join our management team!
Key responsibilities:
- Assist the Supermarket Manager in the day-to-day operational requirements of the outlet.
- Participate in the reception of orders, stock controls and organisation of inventories.
- Daily follow-up of sales by category and product line.
- Assist in the monitoring of competition and new markets and concepts.
- Assist in the implementation of new commercial actions including commercial action plan, promotions, merchandising and displays.
- Work on customer satisfaction regarding product availability, choice and quality.
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Motivate, engage and lead staffs through appropriate Human Capital approach.
Job requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Management or any other equivalent qualification
- 4 years of experience in Management, Retail, Manufacturing sector or any similar environment
- Conversant with MS Office package
- Good understanding of the local FMCG sector or Retail business can be an advantage
- Positive proactive team player with a dynamic personality
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and negotiation skills
- Effective communication, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to demonstrate analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Detail and results-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
- Available to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as odd hours
- Holder of a valid driving license
