We’re Hiring : Admin & Payroll Trainees (UK Hours)

Location: Port Louis
Working Hours: Monday to Friday aligned with UK business hours

At H-Edge Corporate Ltd,  we are a fast-growing outsourcing company based in Mauritius, supporting UK clients with payroll, HR, and administrative services. We are expanding and looking for talented, reliable, and well-spoken individuals to join us as Admin and Payroll Trainees.

What You'll Do

You will receive full training to support both administrative and payroll functions while learning how to work professionally with UK clients via calls and emails.

Payroll Trainee Duties:

  • Assist in collecting, reviewing, and preparing payroll data

  • Learn to support processing UK payroll including tax and pension basics

  • Support the team with reporting and compliance documentation

  • Communicate with UK clients professionally including responding to queries and follow-ups

Admin Trainee Duties:

  • Perform day-to-day admin tasks such as data entry, document tracking, and file management

  • Assist with client and worker onboarding processes

  • Keep accurate digital records and organise client folders

  • Participate in internal coordination tasks and client updates

Client Communication & Call Handling:

  • Handle calls and emails from UK clients with clarity and professionalism

  • Log queries and help follow up with internal teams for timely resolution

  • Represent the company confidently in all client-facing interactions

What We’re Looking For

✔ Strong spoken and written English – must be clear, professional, and confident
✔ Polite, articulate and comfortable handling client calls
✔ Willingness to learn payroll and admin processes from the ground up
✔ Detail-oriented and organised in managing tasks and deadlines
✔ Friendly, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in growing with the company
✔ Committed to working UK business hours (Monday to Friday)
